Remember back in February when some “mysterious” source told Mulp (the really cool gal that runs the F—k no my little pony blog) and MsBlackhart and other people with close connections that Equestria Girls was really a thing that was happening and people told them to shut the fuck up because they were lying and then a couple of weeks afterwards they were proven right?
Well here is another thing that is going on in the rumor mill which I wouldn’t be surprise if it happens. Because now another “mysterious” source told the very same person that knew about Equestria Girls that FIM is being canned after season 4 so that Equestria Girls can replace it. Boy, Hasbro sure hates making money don’t they? Either way if you want to believe this then go ahead and if you want to throw this under the bus you can do that also. But seeing that such rumors as Twilight becoming an Alicorn and EG were first thought as rumors but then came to light as something that was actually happening, I say you should all prepare for the worst.

I dunno why my friend. But it had a good run and I rather have the show end with Season 4 then the Hasbro suits beating the horse with their horrible ideas. Though if rumors of Equestria Girls taking over the FIM brand are true then yeah, I’ll be here hiding in my bunker.
Bronies should be happy it had a way better run then poor Dan vs which didn’t get that big of a finale, Was barely aired, and fans were never told if it was canceled, on hiatus, or still going.
I’m reblogging this here just in case.
If this ends up being true, I will be glad we had this beautiful show, that it ends before it turns to a piece of crap courtesy of your ‘friendly’ neighbor Hasbro (yes, season 3 was still a good season, people just find it easier to hate on because it was shorter), and I sure as hell will miss it. But I gotta question the mentality behind canning the very show that allowed the IP to earn the massive popularity it now enjoys, I guess that Hasbro DO hate money (suits have always proven to be quite a smart specimen huehue).
Also, I will be able to say I had been ready for this for a while.
If it turns out to be fake, which I hope, well… I can just have this here.
Lastly, whenever it is that the show ends, I hope the staff can give it the awesome finale it deserves.
